Transposition, lens neutralization, polarization, effective power, lens materials

This lecture will cover a broad scope of topics ranging from effective power at a surface, vertex distance, how to transpose an Rx, how to hand neutralize an Rx.  In addition, please review the lecture about lens materials, we will not likely have time to cover it in class.
